Product Information

This cooling system filler kit does two things:

1) It tests cooling system integrity by pulling a vacuum. If the system can hold a vacuum it means it's properly sealed. 2) It fills the cooling system using the venturi effect. Since the cooling system does not have any air in it after pulling a vacuum this tool kit effectively prevents troublesome air locks from occurring

Whether you work on vehicles full time or work on cars as part of a hobby this is a tool that will save you tons of time and aggravation. Note that this tool requires shop air (compressed air) and also requires a 1/4" air chuck which does not come with the tool.

Filler kit
The tool works great. Very quick to refill the coolant without air pockets. I used it to checked the seal in the system with the vacuum before refilling. I identified a leak before refilling with coolant.

Filler Kit
This kit worked very well and made sure my system was free of any air bubbles after a timing chain service and installation of a new turbo.

Hello, does the UView 550500 Airlift II kit include the air inlet nipple/fitting needed to connect the tool to a standard air compressor quick-connect coupler, or do I need to purchase that fitting separately? Thank you!

It would not no, you would need to add a fitting for running compressed air to through the tool.

Yes, this can be used on your Audi A6 3.0 Quattro. It is a universal cooling system filler kit, so it can be used at the expansion tank as long as the included adapter seals properly to the tank opening.

Yes, this will vacuum the entire system and then refill it as well.

Your power steering system should be able to bleed by turning the wheel lock to lock. This tool is not rated for hydraulic fluid.

I have a twin turbo V12 SL600 Will it evacuate air from the inter cooler system?

On V12 applications the coolant circuit for the intercooler is separate from the engine. This filler system would not be necessary as you can use the Schrader valves on each coolant rail.

How much air pressure and CFM to operate the vacuum?

90 psi @ 4.2 cfm. However, a tiny 2 gallon compressor with smaller CFM can pull a vacuum with this tool, it just takes longer and requires closing the valve in order for the compressor to charge up again.
