We start with the comprehensive evaluation of over 200 different raw materials, before deciding on our final formula. This is the secret to our strong braking ability. As a result, we are considering new materials and combinations on a daily basis to make sure we adapt to the braking challenges of the future, each mixture specific to each vehicle. In addition, 95% of all Pagid brake pads are free from copper, which reduces fine particle emissions, further endorsing our forward looking vision. We employ a team of over 300 expert engineers to test and test again at dedicated facilities in Europe, North America and South America, ensuring our brake pads stand the constant challenges our customers throw at them. A combination of Finite Element Analysis via advanced 3D simulation, 1,000 miles on a dynamometer and over 300,000km of on-road and track driving is conducted for each and every brake pad range addition.

It all adds up to create the best-selling brake pad range, available across over 120 different cars and light commercial vehicles. Making sure we have the right brake pad for every scenario.

Our testing regimes, thorough research and car manufacturer-assured OE quality standards mean that our brake pads are second to none. All of our brake pads are covered by our 25/25 warranty, guaranteeing them for 25 months, or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first.
