Fit was exact, great price for quality, wish it was the drill rotors. But very satisfied.

This was a GREAT kit and works perfect! The low dust, plus quality parts, you can't go wrong with this combination at all. The best part is, the rotor screws are included! The front set went in without a hitch. The rears, oh boy... if you do not have the VAGCOM software or a scanner that can retract the rear motor for the piston, don't fret. Here's what I did, and you can find supporting video on YouTube as well. Please do this at your own risk. For the rear brakes, disconnect the plug from the brake piston motor. When you look at the plug connection, it is only two prong, Positive and Negative. Depending on the polarity being sent to the motor, it will wind or unwind. When you hit the parking brake switch, it will cause the motor to wind in the piston and lock your pads onto the rotor. When you lift up on the switch or drive, it will unwind the pressure against the piston, freeing the rotor for rotation/driving. What you can do is get a 12V hobby battery (fully charged) or a battery jump pack, connect two nodes to the positive and negative connections, and use those wires to wind or unwind the motor, thus freeing up or engaging the piston and pads! Make sure you do not remove the caliper yet. If you connect the wrong polarity when you want to unwind the motor against the piston, you will cause the piston to pop out. For now, keep everything bolted on. Connect your two electrical nodes onto the two prongs of the motor. If you hear the motor struggling, it means you're engaging the parking break. Switch the wires to reverse the polarity, and after 8 or 10 seconds, you will hear the motor unwind. It will stop on its own. Now, go ahead and remove the rear calipers and compress your piston in to replace your pads, rotors, or what have you. When you reinstall everything back, do not plug in the brake motor yet. Put the proper polarity back on to compress the piston onto the pads and rotor, and then move to the next rear wheel. Once you're done, and your brake motors are engaged again after you complete the pads and rotors replacement, start your car up. Engage and disengage the electronic parking brake a couple times and you're done! No VAGCOM or specialized software needed. Now, go out and enjoy your new brakes, making sure to press your brake pedal a couple times, then bed them in in a safe area.

This was a phenomenal replacement kit for my factory pads and rotors on my 2009 a4 Avant. The kit includes absolutely every piece needed for install. There is no need to hesitate buying this complete kit as there are a few great methods to retract the rear caliper piston with the included ebrake motor. The Z Coat rotors look very nice, Euro ceramic pads are quiet, low dust and have great performance/pedal feel. Effortless brake in compared to many other kits on the market. Highly recommend!!
