Product Information

K&N Air Filter Oil is the only oil specially formulated to work in combination with the cotton fabric in K&N Filtercharger elements providing a superior air filtration system. When used as directed, it quickly penetrates the filter pleats, where it remains suspended in the cotton fabric. Saturation is maintained until the element is cleaned with K&N Air Filter Cleaner.

K&N Cleaner & Degreaser K&N Air Filter Cleaner is the only cleaner formulated to clean K&N Filtercharger elements. The use of any other cleaning solution can void the filter's warranty, and quite possibly could damage the cotton material. K&N Cleaner works to dissolve the dirt build up and old filter oil, and can be washed away with water. Complete instructions on bottle.

K&N Sealing Grease K&N Sealing Grease provides an airtight fit around sealing surfaces on all types of air filter elements. It resists heat and will not melt or run off. K&N sealing grease is not to be used on clamp-on filter elements.

Cleaner works. Would rather have a spray for the filter oil than a hard-to-apply bottle.

Never again
Purchased the K&N Performance + Recharger Kit. Do not make the mistake I made by purchasing the squeeze oil. What a waste. Purchase the aerosol oil unless you want a mess on your hands. There's no way to control the flow rate with the squeeze oil no matter how careful you are. At some point you're going to have too much come out and you'll be sucking oil into your engine even after letting the filter sit over night. Never again.

Very good with the aerosol vs the dropper bottle. Better coverage and less time waiting for the oil to spread evenly. There is enough of the product to maybe do 10 recharges.

Perfect for longevity
I got the K&N filter for my 1996 850 Turbo and this kit keeps it up to snuff every so often to refresh the lifetime filter.

Answer (Posted by FCP Euro Products Team) Same as it would on any fluid really, you would purchase your second bottle of oil and return your old bottle of oil and used oil to us for a warranty refund.

Apologies, this is not covered by LRG, as you would not be able to recover and send back the oil once applied to the filter.
