Take full control of your electric cooling fan with the Mishimoto Adjustable Fan Controller Kit! This kit is applicable for any 12v electric fan and includes all necessary components for installation. This kit can be purchased with a probe-style temperature sensor or with a 1/8" NPT thread-in sensor to fit the needs of any project. The Mishimoto Fan Controller features adjustable activation from 150 F to 240 F and deactivates once temperatures are reduced by 10 F. This controller includes a built-in A/C override feature and is designed for use with 1-2 electric fans drawing a combined 25 amps or less. The Mishimoto Adjustable Fan Controller Kit includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.

Hi there, so this comes with the probe and NPT fitting correct? I'm from New Zealand and I have an M50B25 Fenix alloy radiator. There are 2 empty threaded fittings that can screw into the radiator. Is this suggested to install the switch? Also I've done research and can't seem to confirm what thread size that is. I'm unsure if the NPT switch will fit.

No, this kit only includes the probe which will be pushed into the radiator core (between fins and tubes). The version of this kit that comes with an NPT probe is p/n MMFAN-CNTL-U18NPT. In order to install the NPT probe into the radiator you will need an NPT to metric thread adapter. The radiator has M14x1.5 threads for the stock fan switch. For reference we sell a 1/8" NPT to M14x1.5mm adapter for the NPT kit, p/n ATM-2267.

What is the amperage of the relay and controller? And what is the A/C override feature, could you please explain it in more detail? Thanks.

The amperage of the relay and controller is 12V 25A and the relay is 12V 40/60A. The A/C override feature will keep the fan on permanently when the A/C compressor clutch is engaged. When the A/C compressor clutch is not engaged the fan controller will control the electric fan based on the temperature setting you have selected on the controller.
