Would this puller work to remove an Audi q7 front rotor? They’re quite wide and mine are quite stuck!

No, these would not likely open wide enough for that. Shouldn't need a puller to remove the front rotor. Once the set screw is removed a hammer should be more than enough to get the rotor off the face of the hub.
