Audi Fuel System Parts
Your Audi has a very intricate fuel system and as your vehicle starts to age you'll find that some of these parts will need attention. Today's modern cars have fuel injection which is a system that admits fuel into the vehicles engine using fuel injector nozzles. Its important that these nozzles are clear so your engine always has an adequate fuel supply. Also be sure to replace the fuel filter at recommended service intervals by Audi. A clogged fuel filter will greatly hinder fuel economy and vehicle performance.
Fuel pump in need of replacement? A fuel pump is an essential component for just about any vehicle. Obvious signs that your fuel pump is in need of replacement includes poor starting, stalling during operation and lack of fuel pressure. You can check the pressure by using a fuel pressure gauge. Near the engine you should be able to find a fuel pressure valve where the gauge can be attached.
