If not, the relay is not getting any voltage, so you have to examine the voltage source. Turn off the ignition key and detach the relay from its connector, ensuring not to break the lock tabs on it. Locate your Audi relay's power and control terminals. Some relays have a circuit diagram on the top of the case to easier identify them. Examine for continuity between the two terminals with an ohmmeter. There should be no continuity. If there is, you have to replace the relay.
