Fit Well But...
Fits only the transmission case to shift housing rod on either my 1992 740 or 1992 940..Does not fit the gearshift rod.

Perfect Fit
You wouldn't believe it until you take a look underneath the car... slimy oil and reverted tar. All my grommets were gone on the transmission linkage. Cleaned parts installed the new grommets and car shifts from park to first gear like butter. Do not use any items or tools made of steel to install grommets... use a plastic spooge tool and grommets will not tear. The grommets are very resilient and can take quite a bit of abuse, even with a screw driver.

Small parts make a BIG difference!
I thought I had a serious transmission issue due to noise and vibrations I could feel through the gear lever a certain rpm. However a simple 1 dollar part and 15minutes DIY has made my whole Volvo feel like new again. Thanks FCP for a simple bushing solution.
