A wheel seal is a circular sealing component located around the wheel hub or axle. Its main purpose is to keep lubricating grease or gear oil inside the wheel bearings while preventing dirt, water, and debris from entering. By maintaining proper lubrication and cleanliness, it helps ensure smooth wheel rotation and extends the life of the bearings. Over time, heat, wear, and exposure to road contaminants can cause the seal to deteriorate.

• Fluid leaks – grease or oil visible on the inside of the wheel, tire, or brake components.
• Wheel or bearing noise – humming, grinding, or rumbling sounds from contaminated or under-lubricated bearings.
