Perfect Fit, 1984 Volvo 240
This was a perfect fit for my 1984 Volvo 240 Wagon. The guiding lines on the Continental belt were slightly out of alignment (about half a tooth), but the belt itself is great. The seals were a perfect fit, and the new tensioner pulley is butter smooth. Excellent product at a great price, thanks FCP!

This is probably more a testament that I installed stuff right vs the build quality, but after 1 year no leaks! I did 3D print some installation tools to make sure the seals are exactly where I want them. I like the orange.

Good Quality
Everything went together very well but I put a tiny nick in my cam that is causing the seal to leak a bit. I have to pull the cam sometime to replace the hushers and will use polishing cloth to smooth the seal surface. In hindsight I could have slipped in a piece of aluminum flashing or something similar to protect the cam while pulling out the old seal.

Fit my 89 740 fine and works fine. I used the crank shaft pulley tool and a breaker bar and cheater on the pulley bolt.
