This kit contains Zerex® G48 coolant, which is OE formulated to Volvo coolant specifications. Color dye is dark blue, and can be mixed with all OE HOAT coolants regardless of color. You can read more about Zerex® coolant and your Volvo [HERE].

Use the following temperature table to determine how much dilution is correct for your application.

  • 50/50: Temperatures from -34F to 265F
  • 60/40: -62F to 270F
  • 70/30: for -84F to 267F

I am almost certain Volvo outsources the timing belt to continental and puts their name on it. The continental belt is the same product but for a lower price.
