I believe should be labelled as latch WITHOUT two stage locking in contrast with other latch here.

Tailgate Latch
This worked perfectly for my 98 V70 X/C. My latch had seized, so the hardest part was taking the old latch out without destroying the latch loop. I used a cut off wheel to cut the hasp on the old lock assembly.
