Volvo Suspension Kit - Bilstein B4 Touring P1FULLKTLATE2KT

My 2011 C30 R has 93k miles, but at 15 years old, all the rubber was shot, and the struts and shocks were tired. The European ride was quite firm when new; now the ride was rock hard, and you felt every pebble! The car has no other issues, so this was worth the investment. I used this kit as a template for mine, since there is no package discount here. Started with all items minus the shock bellows, Febi rear links, and the Bilstein comfort struts and shocks. Needed but not included in the kit are the rear shock dust covers and bump stops. I upgraded to the Koni Special Active struts and shocks because this is a sport-chassis vehicle. Used the Meyle rear stabilizer links as they are stiffer MEY-7160600015. Added Meyle front strut bellows kit with bump stops MEY-7146400008. Added Meyle rear shock absorber dust kit with bump stops. MEY-5147400000 Car rides GREAT!!! Better than I remember... The smoothness is the first thing I noticed; it just goes so well down the road. Then the quietness, much less vibration noise transferring into the cabin. Performance-wise, the car corners like it's on rails again, but even better! Less body roll and zero nose-diving under hard braking. Wheels remain planted to the road under ABS chatter and hard launches. A bonus is no more suspension noise, squeaks, bumps, etc. All in all, an excellent investment and the back roads are calling once again!

Super kit. used all p arts except the strut nuts, as the Sachs struts came with them. Possibly other strut brands don't come with. Suggestion to add- shock Bump stops (Meyle 31262672)... and the strut spreader tool (CTA 4005) ... a few more bucks would make completing the job easier.... maybe as an optional add on since many might already have the stops and spreader tool. (The bellows strut kit that came with didn't have bump stops) ... But all in all very complete...
