I am looking for performance shocks/struts for my 2009 xc70 t6, which has nivomat. I should be able to convert and use this set up, shouldn’t I?

You can convert to these with the use of non-nivomat coil springs as well - the factory nivomat coil springs will cause issues with soft, wobbly suspension and cannot be used.
