OE wheel bearing and hub assembly

Wheel bearing and hub assemblies are a common replacement item on higher mileage vehicles. If you hear a loud humming sound at highway speeds from the rear of your car it is likely due to worn out wheel bearings. This entire assembly allows for simple replacement without the need to press a new bearing.

You will also need to replace the bolts which secure the wheel hub assembly to the suspension stay. 4 bolts are require per hub assembly part number 30723294.

Wheel Bearing and Hub Assembly

Typically a wheel bearing is a set of steel balls within a metal ring, which is called a race. At the center of your wheels, there is a hollow piece of metal, called a hub. The wheel bearings resides inside the hub and helps to reduce friction when the wheel spins.
