Please note!!
This washer goes between the top of the rear subframe and the top shock bolt. Most DIY'ers won't be able to replace this unless the subframe is lowered. Maybe if you destroyed the upper plastic housing...but not recommended. I bought a donor subframe, replaced all of the bushings and did the subframe replacement, per VIDA.... this one is a must to achieve a like-new ride!

Yes, this bushing is used with the XC90 Nivomat rear shocks. It is not always mandatory to replace if the original is undamaged, but we recommend inspecting and replacing it during shock service; the separate upper shock mount is Volvo 31277888.

They both work together. 31277888 is the main mount, and 30748891 bushing/washer/mount goes on top.
