It was a long thought out process on which shocks to get. I hear the Bilsteins are a bit softer, and the Koni reds (active dampening) require a specific ride height otherwise feel loose. I opted for these which seemed like a nice middle ground. I have about 1500 miles on them so far. They handle the bumps really well with a nice firm feel. I am very happy so far and await summertime to really put them to the test. Shocks come with washers and nuts for the top of the shock, require re-use of the bottom nut. These konis are non adjustable even though they come with generic paperwork on how to adjust them.
