Fits fine, looks good, works well and far less expensive than a genuine Volvo radiator. Excellent choice for my 2002 V70 XC with over 250K miles. :-) It helps when there are good alternative parts to keep it affordable for me to replace this or that or the other parts to keep this car on the road as long as possible. Hoping to get to at least 300K or better yet 350K or more. I'll keep shopping FCP Euro.

The part is a perfect fit for the Volvo 1999 S80 T6 - no need for modifications and works just fine! Saved >$200 in the process!
Excellent fit, seems well made, much cheaper than genuine Volvo radiator. Only just installed so time will tell about longevity but I have no complaints.
Fitment is an issue, as the tabs for holding the radiator in do not necessarily align. They are also a bit different in design, so take your time to drill through the tabs and use regular nuts/bolts to mount up top. Other than that, traditional craftsmanship for aftermarket to be expected. Not OEM, but better than the knockoffs. If you want to save a ton of cash, this will get the job done.
Perfect fit! Has been installed for 2 years now with no issues what-so-ever....
No more coolant leaks. 2-day delivery ended up coming next day (I'm in NYC), awesome! Thanks a lot FCP.
Perfect replacement part. No modifications were neccesary.
Very satisfied with the radiator. No apparent difference from the Valero that was in there except for the two horizontal mounting screws at the top and the style of the drain cock. Still no problem installing it. Fit just like the old one in every respect without any reworking required. Price was good as well.
THANKS, THE RADIATOR DOES FIT MY CAR. My confusion stems from the fact that the radiator fits both manual and automatic cars .I was disturbed by the fittings for auto trans cooling. The original valeo rad didn't have them. This is one reason the nissens rad can be cheaper, they make one rad fit both kinds of cars. The rad is installed and works fine. I was very happy to figure out that I did not have to send it back. I used the same fluid for most of that time. I broke off the plastic fitting for the upper hose. Nissens rad doesn't have metal inside hose fitting. We will see how long it lasts.. Hoping for another 300,000 kilometers. Used old fluid. Ph was same as new. Thanks Leigh
I got this for my 2005 XC turbo. The radiator is "sandwiched" in there with the A/C condenser and the turbo intercooler. You can get them in and out by yourself as I did, but if I ever do it again, I'll have a second pair of hands. I second that this is a great radiator, but just be certain to get all your hardware off the old one as the previous poster mentioned- I missed the nuts that hold on the fan and threw them out with the old radiator. A trip to the hardware store for some new ones and bolts and washers did the trick though. Also, don't overtighten the hose clamps, as there are no metal inserts in the outlets for the cooling hoses, and you could crack it by overtightening. My old one was cracked in this area too, even though it had the metal lining. I'd recommend this radiator.
Replaced my original radiator on the v70r after 118,000 miles for a leading side tank. This one went right in, but the plastic slot for the s bracket on the drivers side was too narrow, so I had to grind he s bracket slightly. Also, the two square nuts on the original rad have to get reused on top. The Nissin slots are again too narrow, but they will force in. Overall, it does the job and doesn't leak.
Bought replacement radiator for our -01 V70 T5. Exact replacement, except upgraded transmission cooler fittings, which is a plus! Transaction and customer service A+, Combined shipping on fog light assemblies, everything was plug and play, as stated. Very satisfied. Bookmark this site, for all your Volvo parts needs!
