Evaporative emissions system lines are the network of hoses and tubes that carry fuel vapors from the fuel tank to the charcoal canister and then to the engine intake for combustion. Their purpose is to prevent raw fuel vapors from escaping into the atmosphere, reducing pollution while improving fuel efficiency. These lines are part of the vehicle’s EVAP system, which is designed to capture and recycle vapors safely, ensuring compliance with emissions regulations.

PCV Breather hose
This is a high quality hose that is not made in China. Its probably twice as long as it needs to be so cut to size.

This connects the top of the oil trap to the PCV nipple. Depending different applications, Volvo intends on this being cut to length. The aftermarket version looks like this: PPS-23431708
