Volvo 940 overdrive relay
I ordered this for my Volvo 940 only to find out that I have the AW-71L transmission instead of the the AW-70 or AW-70. This part does NOT fit if you have a lock-up torque converter (identified by the "L"), and sadly, Volvo has discontinued the relay for AW-71L. So, make sure you have an AW-70/71 if you want this to fit.

1991 745 Turbo
Upshift light was on constant, was suspicious of the relay as the car is low mileage. Sure enough got it working again!

Fixed the overdrive from kicking in all the time at startup. 4000 miles so far, seems to be working great! KAE has a good rep, confident it will continue to work for a while.

This is an easy fix for the common overdrive problem in 240s. Removal of the glovebox was simple. Be careful with the glove box as it can become brittle (like all 22+ year old parts in these cars.

Good product, works as intended, has diagram on outside of relay, would recommend instead of the cheaper brand.
