Its main role is to protect the vehicle, passengers, and other road users from debris, mud, rocks, and water thrown up by the rotating tires. Mud flaps are common on trucks, SUVs, and commercial vehicles, but are also found on cars for extra protection.

Didn't fit

Did not line up/fit with my 2019 xc90 T6 Momentum. I also bought rear mud flaps which fit fine.
