Product Information

Volvo S60 / V70 R year model 2004 to 2005 has a KKK K24 turbo charger. This turbo has a V-band connection on its outlet connection.

do88 has developed a V-band to hose connection adaptor which makes it possible to install a hose on the turbo outlet connection instead. This is a perfect product when you don’t want to use the original intercooler pipe and want to build your own.

This adaptor is delivered with a new O-ring. The adaptor is installed with the OEM V-band clamp.

The hose connection on the adaptor has an outside diameter of 60mm (2 3/8”) and a length of 30mm.

Turbocharger Coolant Line

A turbocharger coolant line is part of the cooling circuit for your turbocharger. It typically includes inlet and return lines or hoses constructed out of metal, rubber, or plastic composites. Age and heat cycles tend to fracture coolant lines causing cooling line failure and subsequent turbocharger failure if left unaddressed. If coolant lines are constructed of composite plastic, they should be replaced any time they are removed.
