Product Information

SKANDIX 1075694 is a repair kit with 4 cover strips for the upper edges of the door panels on the Volvo 960II, S90 and V90 up to 1998.

With the original door panels the covering peels off with the time and folds. Undamaged used or new door panels are hardly available anymore. A repair is expensive or not of long duration.

To solve the problem permanently, we have had these new cover strips made. As a "cover up" they cover the usually damaged area, altogether about half the width of the upper edge.

The moldings are covered with structured black vinyl and match all interior design colors optically. They are mounted with the clips supplied.

Has one anyone installed them by professionals? How much might they charge? I understand I need to disassemble the door, right?

I would reach out to your local automotive upholstery shop for a quote. These are essentially made to cover up the damaged leather without the removal of the doorcard. But for a more precise fitment, removal may be up to the end user and the preference of installation.
