The best Volvo S60 V60 XC60 V70 XC70 S80 3.0L T6 performance turbo inlet pipe kit on the market! This intake pipe kit removes the restrictive and bendy intake pipe and re-routes the inlet pipe over the engine in 3in mandrel bent aluminum tubing. An engine cover is provided since the OE cover will be removed to make room for the pipe.

This kit is for you that has high horsepower goal and want to upgrade to the absolute best! Our turbo inlet pipe has better air flow than the stock pipe. This is verified by our own SuperFlow SF-1020 flow bench. Our turbo intake pipe is 76mm (3 inch), outer diameter, all the way to eliminate all restrictions.

do88 turbo inlet pipe has an air flow at 0,125bar/1,81psi pressure drop 669CFM, compared to the OEM pipe that has 594CFM.

The turbo inlet pipe is manufactured in 3” mandrel-bent seamless aluminum pipe.

Custom-made high-quality silicone hoses with 4 layers of polyester reinforcement and steel wire. These hoses can handle very high temperatures and vacuum!

Always remember that the OEM turbo inlet pipe and hoses was designed for the power level the car was built for originally. A power increase, or even very hard use of the car in a standard version, may cause that the OEM pipe and hoses don’t have the performance you need. So only after engine software tune do88 pressure pipes will give a performance increase over the OEM pipes!

Good/Bad
I am super excited to be able to install the intake, but when I received it in the mail yesterday, the box seemed to be crunched, and when I took out the kit, one of the aluminum intake pieces is bent and a bit scratched up. I am not interested in a full refund, but some stickers would be sick, willing to attach photos

Worth it so far…update to follow.
I decided to purchase this product due to damage to the intake duct behind the engine. I figured if I were spending money on a new duct, I might as well upgrade. The video from FCP Euro and instructions from the 88 kit together were plenty to get her done. I would say the lower hardware on the left side of the engine will have to stay out. The macaroni duct on that side makes access to fastener completely inaccessible. I did have two issues that could be fixed. The holes on the “L” bracket that holds the sending unit/vacuum line with the zip tie are a little too small for the hardware on the PCV oil trap, so I had to drill one out a little. Next, the holes on the metal duct that holds the beauty cover in the front would not accept the bolts in the kit. I have ordered a thread chaser/tap kit to redo the threads to accept the hardware. I’ll update when I finish here in a couple days. Lastly, the hardware stack on the front of the beauty kit is a mother to install due to the 2x rubber washers constantly falling off during installation. I will purchase a couple appropriately sized star washers to retain the rubber washers to keep them in place.

Good product
Overall this was a great product with good build quality, The only thing that was lacking was do88s instructions. They are most certainly not the greatest but I was able to get it installed. If I had to do this again/ give advise I would say to watch the video by built for speed installing the snabb pipes. The snabb kit is sort of different but if you follow his instructions you should be good. If you are struggling for space behind this engine you should take off the upper oil collection pan (I think thats what it is called). This gives you a lot more room to work behind the engine. Also another pointer is that you are most likely going to have to cut out the turbo silencer, What I did was take a sawzall blade and make a makeshift handle out of ducktape and cut it out to get to the hose clamp connecting the u pipe to the turbo. Install Instructions were extremely easy to read and perfect, honestly, the sounds from the turbo and freeing up the breathability for the turbo from the stock is so much better!! Not paid for this honest review, worth every penny.
