Product Information

If you are replacing the AOC pump on your Haldex system, you will also need fluid, a plug (with seal), and a syringe pump to fill the unit with fluid. NOTE: The 5th Generation Haldex does not come with a filter, making regular fluid changes even more important.

If the system is functioning as should at 120,000 is pump replacement a maintenance (replacement) issue or can you just do fluids?

At that mileage proactive replacement could be a good choice but I don't see anything indicating a required or recommended interval for maintenance other than fluid maintenance.
