Product Information

Keep the Haldex 4 AWD system in your Volvo in perfect working order by performing routine maintenance with this kit. FCP Euro recommends to change the fluid and filter every 50k miles.

In addition, you can use this kit during a DEM repair/replacement or AOC pump replacement. It is very common for the filter to clog up and overwork the pump which leads to premature AOC pump failure. The pump could potentially short circuit and destroy your new or newly rebuilt DEM as well.

Haldex 4 Service Kit - Genuine Volvo KIT-521812
Put this very necessary job off for a while for my 2010 XC70 T6. Highly recommend watching an outstanding tutorial by volvosweden on youtube before proceding. Provides some good tactics and tool ideas for working in very tight quarters above the drive shaft. Small,1/4-inch rachet and various wobble extensions were helpful, as was an L-shaped pick and heating torch to pluck out the old filter, as per volvosweden's method. Kit is complete and I plan on doing a Haldex service every 30K going forward.
