Leaks
Yes just like the previous review - it leaks from the 90 degree adapter. No simple way to tighten it. So after a fuel shower you have to try to fix the tool, so that you have a chance to fix the car. Waste of time and money.

CTA Fuel Pressure Tester
I bought the CTA fuel pressure gauge from FCP as they had the best price and it got here super fast. After using it once, I hate this tool. I could not find a right angle adapter to fit my normal tester between the fuel rail and the throttle cable assembly on a P80. This tool had what I needed so I ordered it. When installing and tightening, the right angle adapter leaks fuel from the fitting which ruins the test. I had to put my own O-ring in the cuff and use a narrow vice grips to hold the fuel rail end steady. I learned the fuel rail end will just free spin when enough force is applied. Did not know that. So after tightening the adapter way passed reason, it sealed. But now there is no way to release the fuel pressure without either A) unscrewing the fitting or B) (the fun way) disconnecting the quick connect fitting spewing all the fuel out at once in all conceivable directions. Even the harbor freight fuel pressure gauge has a pressure release with a drain hose. I am not impressed FCP. I have never complained about a product unless I just received the wrong item or it was damaged in shipping. This tool got the job done but I do not recommend it if there are any other options.

With this guage and screw on fittings I was able to confirm a fuel pressure leak down issue that had been troubling me. I am pleased with the quality. Nice large guage.

Volvo did not put shraeder valves on the rails of 850 in the US until 1993 it appears, you would need to use something like this in combination with an inline t fitting w/ shraeder valve on the supply line. Alternatively, you could install a permanent inline gauge as well, in-line or remote.
