This is the long bolt that runs straight up through the rear bumper bracket. If you ever try to remove these from a 20 year old Volvo, and it's the original, there's a 9/10 change the bolt will break. These came in handy, thank you for stocking them!

Do I need 2 or 4 of these to replace both rear brackets on the bumper?

Using a P80 V70 as reference (you did not mention your vehicle), you will need 2 of these through bolts and 4 VOL-988182 mounting bolts.
