Easy install on my 2008 XC90. one bolt was blocked by the control arm but I was able to get it out with a wrench rather than a socket.

Really great of you to answer these types of questions.
I am told that there is a 14 mm bolt on some models of the S40 used to attach the passenger side/right side engine mount to the engine. That bolt uses 98 lb-ft of torque. As this is a 12 mm bolt, what torque is used to attach the hydraulic engine mount to the engine block on the early (?) S40's that use this 12 mm bolt? When I say 14 mm I mean M14 with 14 mm threads. Of course, 12 mm means 12mm threads or M12.

Hello, I'm rebuilding the rear suspension on my 05' Volvo XC90 2.5T. One of the torque specs from VIDA is "Control arm, rear, lower to subframe (applies to XC90)......1st step, 65Nm; 2nd step, 180 deg". I'm assuming this is a torque to yield spec, thus requiring new bolts. And I'm also assuming that this spec is for the rear, lower control arms, although it is unclear. If that torque spec is for the rear LCA's, is it referencing this bolt 982844 (fastens Link 31277896 to the rear subframe)? Or is that torque spec referencing bolt 999575 (fastens the rear lower control arm to both the Link 31277896 and to the rear subframe)? If that torque spec is indeed referencing bolt 999575, do you guys stock bolt 999575 or an equivalent (M12, 190mm, class 8.8 flange hex-head)? My car's VIN is yv1cn592651185554. Thank you very much for considering these questions.

This is the bolt for the passenger side engine mount on the P1 models (e.g., V50)? If so, what are the dimensions and thread pitch for this bolt? I need to conduct some thread repair on the engine side unfortunately.

If your not sure if this is the correct bolt (a few are used), please send your VIN to customer service and ask for the diagram. We want to make sure you're looking at the right bolt. This is an M12x55 with standard thread pitch.

Volvo states this as being the correct bolt for your S40. https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo-six-point-socket-screw-genuine-volvo-999478 It's important to note sometimes appearances change with hardware, and your wheel hub may have been replaced with aftermarket hardware at some point as well.
