Tail Pipe Clamp is "Junk"
The tail pipe did fit over the exhaust pipe but it was very loose. When I tighten the clamp until the clamp couldn't be tighten anymore the tail pipe would still move and would probably fall off a couple of miles down the road. On the clamped end of the tail pipe there were already two (one on each side) 1/8" wide by 1" long slits of the pipe that were cut out to help with compression of the pipe. This still wasn't sufficient and I had to make the cut 1/4" wide. This helped but the enclosed clamp still did not have the power to compress the tail pipe tight enough to prevent movement of the pipe. Instead I replaced the provided clamp with a 3/8" U-Bolt exhaust clamp from the local auto parts store and the problem was solved. The tail pipe is tight and will not fall off.

Walker, not Starla
11/2023 - This tail pipe is Walker 21452, not Starla. One star off for that. Surprisingly, mine was manufactured in 2015. It fits the Starla (Walker) muffler well and seems like good quality. I plan to paint the seam to resist rust.
