Volvo 945 Turbo exhaust kit
I just replaced the original exhaust from the converter back with the Starla kit. The fit was ok but they do not include the upper rear muffler strap (pn 9161269)? They send you the nut for the strap but not the strap. With a lifetime warranty its a great kit for the money. If the kit included the rear muffler upper strap I would have given the kit 5 stars.

I installed this kit on my 1993 940 Turbo wagon, and the fit was perfect. I was very satisfied with the quality of the piping, mufflers, hangers and clamps. Everything needed was provided, and all went together as it should. Pay close attention to the clamps because they are not all the same diameter. It's possible to fit the pieces together and end up with the clamps not in the right position, and you'll have to pull them apart to correct this. Ask me how I know.

Fit '94 940 Turbo perfectly
The exhaust kit fit my 1994 940 turbo perfectly and was easy to install. I'm now one year in and the system seems to be holding up well. Seems to be a high quality exhaust kit.

The kit had everything I needed to replace the entire exhaust behind the converter pipe. I loosely installed the muffler hangers and moved everything around to center things as well as I could. The included clamps feel flimsy but did tighten up enough to hold everything in place. The system appears to be aluminized, which is not a surprise considering the price. I expect this to be what I consider a "disposable" system, which will probably rust apart and need replacement again within a few years. We shall see. As of right now, I can't complain about the fitment or parts since everything fit as advertised. FYI, the exhaust was for a 93 940 Turbo Wagon.

This kit was just fine, only exception was the rear muffler, which has a - forgive me - "bulge" on it in the middle that must be because it works w/ some other model of car that needs this modification, because the supplied hanger that wraps around the rear muffler will not fit on the muffler with this "bulge" in place. My mechanic had to do some minor surgery to remove it before the system could be installed. Anyway, a few months later and this muffler system is working fine. Time will tell how long it'll hold up in the rust belt (Syracuse, NY).
