dissapointed, filters not made in Germany March 2025

March 2025, I received filters from a batch made in Brazil. I decided to buy a couple of these Mann filters from FCP a second time after my first purchase last year since they are advertised on the website as the ones made in Germany. The batch that I ordered in September 2024 were indeed made in Germany. I had assumed that FCP were specifically chosing the origin of the batches with the distributor from Mann filter. I am not saying that the filters are bad.

IT MATTERS

ON VOLVO 3.2 AND T6 ENGINES THE OIL FILTER MUST BE REMOVED FIRST WHEN DOING AN OIL CHANGE. THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE FOR GETTING TO THE FILTER IS TO LOOSEN THE HEADLIGHT BRACKETS AND PUSH THE POWER STEERING RESERVOIR OUT OF THE WAY. THE FILTER CAP TAKES A 36MM SOCKET, USE THAT ON A WOBBLE EXTENSION AND A BREAKER BAR TO LOOSEN THE FILTER.

P3 XC60 Oil Filter

I use these filters in my 2013 XC60 and they seem to work well. My oil seems pretty clean between intervals besides the usual color changes. I also like that they come with a new o-ring for the filter housing cap.

Oil Filter

Great fit and same quality as the OEM filter for less. It was less expensive to buy from FCP than purchasing from my Local Auto part store. Can beat the LTW that FCP EUro offers.

Volvo Engine Oil Filter Kit - Mann 30750013

Hello. I have been using that product for my 2007 Volvo XC90 3.2, AWD, 6L Gas - since 2015. I didn’t get any problems yet. I've driven from 90,000 miles to 112,000 miles on these filters. I recommend.

Oil filter

Have used at least 7 fcp oil filters, they have always fit and preformed great in my xc90 3.2 Have returned at least 6 for lifetime replacement, works great the return. Suggest sending several or other parts back together as for me postage is almost the price of one filter on a one filter. The filters are direct oem replacements
