The Engine Crankshaft Main Bearing Set is a critical component in the engine that supports the rotational motion of the crankshaft. Made of durable materials such as steel or bronze, this set typically includes two halves of bearings that fit securely around the crankshaft journal. The main bearings sit in the engine block and act as a barrier between the crankshaft and the engine block, reducing friction and wear on both components.
