Door Seal

Door seals are essential components that prevent water, air, and debris from entering the vehicle's cabin. They also help to reduce road noise and maintain the interior climate.

Door Seal Failure Symptoms
  • Cracking or tearing: Over time, exposure to the elements and frequent use can cause the rubber material to degrade, leading to cracks or tears.
  • Shrinkage or compression: Temperature fluctuations can cause seals to shrink or compress, creating gaps that compromise their effectiveness.
  • Water leaks or wind noise: Damaged or worn-out seals can result in noticeable water leaks during rain or increased wind noise at higher speeds.
