look good, fit good
The Akebono pads look good and they fit very nicely into new calipers on the rear, with new rotors, too. No squeaks or noises, and good stopping power.

These pads are mated to Meyle rear rotors on my 960/V90 wagon. All four corners are Akebono ceramic equipped and the vehicle stops straight and true. FCP also had the best price and shipped free!

Tried and true
I have Akebono pads on all five of my Volvos (S90s, 960, S70, S60) and have been completely satisfied. Most of the cars are driven by my children so brakes matter the most. "Made in USA" too.

The best replacement pads!
I have been using the Akebono's for the last 5 years on my own cars and several customers. A customer and friend of mine was only getting 8-12k on a set of Volvo rear pads for his 98 V70R (aggressive and mountain driving). After switching to the Akebono EUR391 he would get 15-25k out of them. They are low noise and dust with great stopping power.
