This is the left side drip molding end piece that fits at the corner of the windshield on Volvo P2 S80 cars. It is a common piece to get degraded by exposure to the elements and break. For the other side use [8663893].

A cowl cover is a plastic or metal panel located at the base of the windshield, covering the area between the hood and the windshield. It serves to protect windshield wiper components, cabin air filters, and ventilation inlets from debris, water, and dirt while also improving aerodynamics and appearance.
