Product Information

This kit contains the required one-time-use hardware to replace the lower control arm on a P2 XC90, including the axle bolt which needs to be removed.

Torque:

  • Bolt drive shaft - wheel hub, front
  • Stage 1: 35 Nm

  • Stage 2: 90°

  • Link arm front in sub-frame, front mounting (M12)

  • 1st step, 65 Nm.

  • 2nd step, 105º

  • Link arm front in sub-frame, rear mounting (M14)  

  • 1st step, 105 Nm.
  • 2nd step, 180º

Nice new hardware to torque my control arms to specification.
Since these bolts are angle torqued to specification, I consider them one time use. I removed my control arms to replace the worn bushings and this hardware kit makes me comfortable that my front end will be nice and tight once I torque everything to specification. Thanks to FCP Euro for putting this all in an easy to order kit!
