Easy to install, well worth it.
Installed these on my 2008 Volvo c30 after 150k miles on the original suspension and all I can say after 400 miles is WOW. It rides much smoother, handles more neutral and feels all around like a new car. While this may be partially due to the age of the old suspension it still feels better than I ever remember. The adjustable damper setting really are a huge bonus for when you are daily driving vs when you are pushing the car. current damper settings: 15 rear, 10 front for Daily and 20-25 front for sport driving. note: it may be worth it to install new control arms front and rear when installing these if those are old as well, bushings get old.

Do these supplied front camber plates actually fit the P1 platform? Do they completely replace the stock Volvo shock mount & bearing? That has been a major weak point on my car and I pretty much have to replace them annually.

Yes, this kit would come as pictured and replace the factory P1 strut mounts and shock mounts.

These are approximately 1” below OEM ride height at max high, and approximately 2.5-3” below OEM ride height at max low.

How are these compared to the Bilstein B16 Coilovers? Ride quality and comfort? I currently have Bilstein B8s and H&Rs combination. It's comfy on smooth roads but when it comes to uneven roads, bad roads or highway/freeway expansion joint cracks its bouncy as heck, lol.

It's hard to say because there are a number of factors, including the condition of your other suspension components, tires, weight load etc. The BCs come with solid camber plates while the Bilsteins retain factory mounts but, we have heard very good things and positive feedback on these BC's in terms of comfort. You may find they do what you want of them, and of course, you can swap springs to different rates on the BCs. Their customer service would be suited to handle setup questions like that.
