Great for daily driving and windy roads
I installed these about a month ago on my 2007 S60 2.5T and absolutely love them. My stock suspension had felt sloppy and horrible around corners when I decided to get coilovers. Even on the stiffest front settings, the ride is comfortable and suitable for daily driving. When I have passengers or am going for a longer drive, I will set the front to soft, and it feels like the car got a new pair of shoes. Cornering is the biggest difference. I used to have to hold on to the center console to prevent sliding across my seat, but now the corners feel like nothing. The installation was somewhat simple, and following a YouTube video, it took me about a full day of work altogether. One piece of advice before installing would be to buy an induction heater for your bolts. My breaker bar wasn't helping at all, and you don't want to round off bolts. The heater coils around the head of the bolt, and after 30 seconds of heating, it comes right out with the breaker. They run for about $120-150 on Amazon for a decent one, and you don't need anything professional for this job. In all, this is my favorite modification I've ever done and was 100% worth the money.

The BC Racing coilover kit fit my 2004 S60 AWD perfectly. I waited a few months to write this review to allow the suspension some time to "settle in". I am extremely happy with the set up, it handles like a true sports sedan now. On ramps and off ramps are much more fun on the daily commute! I set the rear ride height a little high as I occasionally tow with the car and it still works well for that without any bottoming. The original suspension on my car was quite worn with 110k and this kit totally transformed the handling of my S60.

Nice!
The front coilovers went in no problem! But be prepared to wrestle with the rear. All In all they feel super good though. I'll update it if there are any problems but the ride is super nice in my 02 S60 T5. I wish there would have been a review up when i bought mine. Really worth the money so far!

I see that these say "1-year warranty". Does this mean that these coilovers don't honor the lifetime replacement guarantee?

This coilover kit has a 1 year manufacturer warranty which means BC Racing will replace any defective or worn part. After the 1 year warranty our lifetime guarantee picks up. what would be a good coilover set for a 04 s60 2.5t awd? if not this one? it says says it doesn't fit the awd. also im looking for lowering springs for this car to compare. i especially want to lower the rear and have it a little tighter too
