I'm looking for a slight lift what is the lift range on these?

We do not believe these are able to provide a lift, your best bet would be to contact BC Racing directly. They may be able to provide you with custom spring recommendations for your V70 to get the effect you are looking for.

Just curious about the full range height adjustment for the coil overs and rear shock. Rear spring lower than oem?

Yes, at minimum these will lower around 2in. Maximum drop is controlled by a few other factors but these can get very low.
