Ditched the 4C System and haven’t looked back. The BC Racing BR ride quality is fantastic and highly adjustable with just a few easy clicks under the hood. 10/10 product.
I ran these for a year before i got rear ended and my car got totaled, for the time they were on they were amazing, I had a 2006 Volvo 2.5t AWD, they fit perfectly, allowed for easy adjustability, and the drove amazing, close to stock comfort with the aggressiveness and sturdiness for coil overs, some say these are the cheap option, I don't care what they say I would buy these over and over again. the ride height is super easy to adjust, and the 30 settings of soft or hard driving is amazing.
Overall, extremely impressed. These don't 'crash' or have the harshness my 4C had with Elevate springs. Dampening I played around with a good bit and found a happy place for smoothness, but firm enough for good handling. BCs are often regarded as 'budget coilovers', but after running them, I am actually very pleased! Should have done it sooner.
Very easy install, you reuse the old mounts in the rear so you will need a spring compressor to take them off the old ones, although I have seen some people just zip em off while still on the car, up to you. Inspect your old mounts prior to installation to make sure they're good to go. The ride is perfect with the adjustable dampening, Instructions are pretty easy to follow. Ride is great, not too stiff for a daily driver, I am happy.

Great and easy install. Remember to do the 4C delete process to eliminate any codes. Don't go to low or else it can rub against you CV Boots and you'll have to replace those as well. Very simplistic install and damper controls.
I bought these for my R. I've had them on a couple of weeks now. The install was very straightforward (getting the old ones off was the trickiest part). I contacted FCP before ordering and asked for 7kg front springs, which I think was a good choice. The ride is firm but not harsh. I have the "Chassis settings service required" light on because I have not finished cutting out the 4C sensors and plugging them back in. But other than the light, no negative consequences from that. I'm glad I made the switch. The car feels so much more planted now, and the rear end does not get unsettled over bumps the way it used to.
ditch the 4C and go with these. they ride and handle much better. make sure to ask for the 7kg swift spring upgrade for the fronts.

For the rear, will it have a specific mount since the rear awd models have a 1 bolt up top and 2 bolts facing upwards and one bolt for the shock mount underneath. Would these coilovers mount the same way?

These should install out of the box with no additional pieces required for any of the components. There is no indication a different rear upper mount is required.

No, these will offer a firmer, sporty ride. We suggest Sachs which will be the best product we offer for a good ride poorly maintained roads. Use KIT-522036KT and rear shock SAC-317339

BC does not list these as fitting XC70s, and advise that even though they may fit they have not tested them on a vehicle. Although all P2 V70 variants have similar suspension, there are key suspension differences such as control arms when it comes to the XC version. Officially we advise this product will not work on your XC70.

These are height adjustable. Currently have a ride height of 1.5 lower than stock from lowering springs. Will this be able to give me the same distance in lowering. Love the stance - hate the springs - need an alternative.
