Made ball joint assembly super easy. this comes with the adapter to pull the ball joints as well just need to use a slide hammer.

Volvo Ball Joint Installation Tool - CTA 4019
I have a 2007 Volvo XC70. This tool is the bees knees for seating the lower control arm ball joint without risking damage to the part or part the ball joint goes into. The smart taps and its in without warping the ball joint.

Works perfectly, if you have the room.
Since I was using jack stands, I could not make this work with the steering knuckle on my XC90. Not enough room to attach a slide hammer to pull the ball joints. Since I was doing a complete suspension rebuild, it was easy enough to completely remove the steering knuckle. This tool made the removal and installation of the ball joints a breeze.
