Product Information

This kit includes everything to help you convert your 300mm (16in) front brake calipers to the largest 336mm aluminum caliper setup. Volvo designates this as a 17.5in brake size, which means 18in wheels or larger are required.

This kit will also upgrade cars with 316mm brakes, you can choose not to order new brake hoses since they will be the same. The calipers will appear similar but are in fact different.

This kit comes with the required OE brake hoses, dust shields, and hardware to accommodate the 336mm rotors. Also included are new calipers and brackets. Don't put up with your under-braked Volvo anymore, upgrade and add safety for critical traffic situations or towing.

Volvo Brake Upgrade Kit - ATE 36000375KT1
Great kit but contains items that are not needed or redundant. The Disc Brake Caliper Pin Bushing VOL-30671591 is not needed as it is already included with the calipers.

pricey but good
Had reservations due to the price, thought I would get some flash brembos for almost a grand but the difference in braking changed my opinion. The 300 mm brakes just sucked, horrible choice by Volvo to put those on a car marketed for US roads. This upgrade really makes the car feel like it should. I wouldn't say they are awesome or brag about it but the car has good pedal feel and stops great so 5 stars. I went with the EBC's in the video and like them

I'm Alex form Brazil. I have a 2015 S60 T5 R Design (B4204T11 Automatic 8-speed) with 300mm rotors and OEM 18" wheels. This kit will fit with OEM 18" ?

Hi Alex, yes this will fit cars with OEM18in wheels. The kit will provide a substantial upgrade in feel and performance. Don't forget to also buy pads and rotors of your own brand preference at the same time!

Do you have a similar kit to upgrade from the 316mm brakes to the 336mm?

This kit will also upgrade 316mm brake packages although the benefits will not be as great as from 300mm. The hoses will be the same, but we recommend replacing them anyway. The calipers will look the same but are slightly different.

Volvo's size designation for this setup is 17.5in, generally speaking, these size designations are congruent with the size wheels that can fit over the brake package. Because of this, we would officially say no, they won't. However, we haven't specifically tried it out and with aftermarket wheels you may find different results.
