NOTE: For vehicles 2008 and after, the brake line bracket slightly changed. If you want to fit these to later cars, you can either use cable ties to fasten your brake lines out of the way, or some customers use a rotary or similar tool to remove the brackets and add the brackets for the newer cars. The part numbers for the brackets are [12772032] and [12772033].

KONI Special Active dampers for the Saab 9-3 are designed to work with both factory and lowering springs, offering an ideal balance of comfort and sporty handling.

Using KONI’s patented Special Active technology, these shocks automatically react to changing road conditions through internal valving alone, with no electronics required. The result is improved control and stability during spirited driving while still softening harsh impacts from potholes, expansion joints, and rough roads.

Suspension Strut Assembly

If your ride feels a little bouncy or you can feel clunks in the suspension while it's going over bumps it is likely due to worn strut assemblies and shock absorbers. The purpose of the strut assembly is it acts as a central pivot point for the suspension while housing the coil spring. It also dampens the compression and rebound of the coil spring as the suspension moves up and down. When replacing suspension components it is highly recommended to replace them in pairs.
