Saab Seat Armrest - Genuine Saab 12763779

Product Information

The seat armrest is an interior comfort feature designed to provide support for the driver’s or passenger’s arm during travel. Mounted to the seat frame or console, it improves ergonomics and reduces fatigue on longer drives. Many armrests also include storage compartments, cup holders, or integrated controls depending on vehicle design. Constructed from durable materials with foam padding and upholstery finishes, the armrest combines comfort, style, and functionality for a better driving experience.

• Loose or wobbly armrest – caused by worn hinges, mounts, or internal mechanisms.
• Torn, cracked, or worn upholstery – reduces comfort and appearance.
• Broken latch, hinge, or storage function – limits usability and secure positioning.

About Genuine Saab

The original parts used by Saab to build your car are available as replacement parts under the “Genuine Saab” brand. Manufactured under the direction of Saab, expect excellent quality and a premium price since these parts are exclusively available through the Saab Dealership network.

You may not realize this, but the parts that make up your Saab are not necessarily manufactured by Saab. No cause for concern, as Saab designs the part, hires a manufacturer, and ensures its quality to you. In fact, many of these manufacturers have been making parts for Saab for decades. In our industry these manufacturers are called OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and these are often brands you recognize, including Lemforder, ZF, Sachs, Bosch, Valeo, Zimmermann, Siemens VDO, Corteco, and more. Don’t be surprised to open that Genuine Saab parts box and find an OEM branded part inside, simply with the addition of a Saab logo.

Be sure to keep an eye out for OE tags on our product pages to quickly identify parts coming direct from OE manufacturers. That extra bit of insight could save you some serious money while shopping! Refer to our OE Academy for further information regarding the OE/OEM tags throughout the site.
