If you live for the corners, the Eibach Pro Plus Suspension Kit is exactly what you need. This kit includes Pro-Kit lowering springs along with upgraded adjustable sway bars. The lowering springs lower your car’s center of gravity, reducing squat during acceleration, body roll in corners and excessive nose–dive under braking. Add the sway bars with increased roll stiffness, compared to stock bars and you get pure, balanced–handling perfection.

With the Eibach Pro Plus Suspension Kit installed you will immediately experience more-precise turn-in response, improved handling, and enhanced cornering grip in any performance driving situation. The Eibach PRO-PLUS is designed and tested to work well with either factory or aftermarket performance dampers.

What shocks/struts would work better with these springs considering they lower 1"? B6 or B8?

You would want to use Bilstein B8 struts and shocks with these springs as the B8 line is made specifically for use with lowering springs.
