want to update my original review regarding part number POR-9965053550001C. While my first experience with this order was disappointing due to poor packaging, I have to say that the FCP Euro team quickly stepped in and made everything right. Although I cannot delete my initial review, I want it to be clear that my rating has changed to 5 stars based on how well they handled the situation. Mistakes happen, but what really matters is how a company responds—and FCP Euro proved once again why they’ve been my go-to for European car parts for years. poor packaging
I’ve been a loyal customer of FCP Euro for years and have always trusted them as my go-to source for European car parts. Their service and product quality have consistently been top-notch—until now. I recently ordered part number POR-9965053550001C and waited several weeks for it to arrive. Unfortunately, as soon as I saw the shipping box, I had a feeling something was wrong. The box was far too small for the size and shape of the part. Upon opening the package, my suspicions were confirmed. The part was badly bent and misshapen from being forced into an undersized box. The damage was so severe that the black plastic had turned white in some areas due to the material stretching. This was clearly a case of poor packaging rather than a shipping mishap. I’m disappointed, not because mistakes happen, but because this was avoidable with proper care. I’m hopeful FCP Euro will make it right—as they usually do—but this experience was a letdown for an otherwise great company. I will erase and update this review once I receive my part in good condition.
