Product Information

LN Engineering intermediate shaft bearing update kit for Porsche M97 engines originally equipped with a the oversized IMS bearing. This kit replaces the original oversized bearing with a custom dual row ceramic hybrid bearing.

This IMS Retrofit Kit utilizes an adapter bushing that converts the larger bearing journal to accept the Single Row Pro IMS Retrofit (included) so that after engine reassembly the IMS bearing can be serviced without future engine disassembly.

Kit Contains: Superior ceramic hybrid bearing, custom shaft cover flange with seal and bolts, improved center bolt.

This kit requires the IMS Pro Tool Kit, 106-08.13, and the Supplemental IMS Tool Kit, 106-08.21

Installation by an automotive professional is required to ensure proper fit, function, and any necessary support by the manufacturer.
