Product Information

This is the engine coolant pipe that distributes coolant from the front of the engine to the rear. This specific coolant pipe is also referred to as the heater pipe. The coolant pipe is made of aluminum and includes the two front o-rings. The most common failure point is at the 3 pipe ends where you will see coolant leaking. If the pipe is damaged, corroded, or leaking coolant it will need to be replaced.

Use Zerex coolant, 861526, to refill the cooling system after replacing any cooling system components. This coolant is concentrated and must be mixed 50/50 with distilled water.

Engine Coolant Pipe

Radiator Pipes have an important job to transport your engines coolant to and from its cooling system components. Over time they can crack, corrode, or leak which warrants a replacement. When replacing we also recommend a coolant flush and replacement to remove any possible sludge formed over time.
